  This set of documents has all the information needed for us to establish an accurate benchmark for all upcoming work.

We use it to document the conditions, types and sizes of all interior and exterior surfaces, as well as the concrete walks and driveways, and notes landscaping in potentially affected areas of work.

It has the locales of utilities, access points, and general notes related to them

It includes measurements of all rooms and locations of walls, doors, electrical, plumbing, stairs, HVAC, as well as makes, sizes and ratings.

Pictures are also part of this documentation, and can provide key visual assistance. 

 This is the foundation of Our System, as it allows the project to move forward efficiently, by readily supplying a wealth of information about your home.

We can then move into the Design/Remodel phase, and establish a preliminary budget.
